View Filter Sidebar

On the Workspace menu, click on "View Filter Sidebar" to add or remove it from the workspace.

• Filter by Floors
• Filter by Zones
• Show All
• Show Selected
• Highlight Selected

Filter by Floors

Click here to list all the floor names. Enable multi-select (this is a button on the toolbar) to have multiple floors visible in a single plan view.  

Filter by Zones

Select analysis mode on a 3D view and click "Filter by Zones" to list all of the zones. The list includes both used and unused zones, along with a checkbox called "unzoned". Decide which zones to display in a 3D view by ticking the checkboxes.

Show All

Display all floors or zones (analysis mode only) on the selected 3D view, including zones added to the file after the selection was made.

Show Selected

Display only the highlighted floor or zone (analysis mode only) on the selected 3D view.

Highlight Selected

Display unselected zones in grey and transparent. This option is available only in "Filter by Zones" mode.

Click on the down-arrow on the title bar to open a context menu and select "Auto Hide" or "Hide".

• Auto Hide - pins or unpins the sidebar to or from the right edge of the screen. If it is hidden, hover the mouse cursor over the title bar to show the sidebar. In addition to clicking on the down arrow or right-clicking on the title bar to open the context menu, click on the "Auto Hide" button on the toolbar to engage or disengage auto hide mode.   
• Hide - removes the sidebar entirely from the arrangement. To reinstate, click on the Workspace menu and then click on the respective sidebar name, for example, Floors.
