On the Workspace menu, click on "Zones Sidebar" to add or remove it from the workspace. Click on the down-arrow above the scroll bar to select a zone set, or choose <all sets> to display all zones in the file. You will be able to double-click on a zone to open the Zones dialog.
Highlight a zone and use the "Set Zone" tool to assign the zone to a space. The Set tools are used in 2D and 3D views. Hold down the Alt key on your keyboard and use the Set Zone tool to sequentially apply zones to spaces; click the left mouse button to apply the zone highlighted on the sidebar and then click another space to apply the next zone in the list. You must hold down the Alt key before starting this process.
Click on the down-arrow on the title bar to open a context menu and select "Auto Hide" or "Hide".
