On the View menu, click Sun Position, and then set the sun position to generate views of the building to display shadows or colour shaded views. On the Sun Position dialog, select a day on which to displays shadows or a colour shaded view and then use the up and down arrows on the combo box to scroll through hours and minutes, or type an hour and minute directly into the combo box.
The azimuth and elevation is automatically updated and can be changed only by choosing a different day, hour, or minute to reposition the sun. Sun positions corresponding to elevations less than 2.0 degrees will not be displayed.
