On the View menu, point to "Colour by" and select from these settings:
Building Element
View the 3D model by building element colour. Building element colours are defined on the Building Elements dialog. Window types are displayed by the colour selected on the Windows dialog; for transparent windows the colour relates to the frame and for opaque window types the colour applies to the entire window area. Window groups use the colour of the child windows in 3D views but 2D views use the group colour.
Zone
View the 3D model by zone colour. Zones colours are chosen on the Zones dialog.
Analysis
You must be in analysis mode to select this option. The 3D building is displayed using colours defined on the Analysis Colours dialog.

Exposed

Internal
Denotes surfaces adjacent either side to two rooms with the same zone.
Link
